This is a detailed and technical process of ensuring that die models, solid models, and an untouched spare die of the exact material and exact same expansion are utilized for every single crown. And of course a 10x microscope is used throughout all phases. This means you place a crown perfectly in your patients mouth...not within minutes, but within seconds!!

There is also more predictability in shading the restorations. For this reason, we utilize our 3shape scanner in designing the anatomical wax form where we also control the values for internal fit and marginal integrity. Next, in house, we control the pressing, staining, and glazing with our own hands and artistry. In special anterior cases, emax specialty powders are layered for optimal aesthetics.

This model will give your patient the confidence they need to move forward. Our service can be taken further where we provide hard models of the diagnostic, clear vacuumed formed material for temporaries, indexes for prepping and even turn the accepted diagnostic into temporary restorations.

We can design most temporary cases virtually using our 3shape dental scanner to provide you with with exceptional fit due to the precision of scanning. Beautiful PMMA (polymethyl methacrylate) material allows traditional cementation. Digitemps for single units, bridges, screw retained singles or splinted, temporaries for cement over implant cases and large span temporaries.

Choose from a variety of materials for temporary fabrication, mouth guards, and surgical stents. Surgical stents can also be designed with barium filler.

While we are not a full service laboratory, we work in conjunction with the best removable laboratory available for combination cases. To ensure proper planning right from the start, the wax we design for partial cases is sent out for pre-cast milling of the wax, followed by communication and lab work throughout the entire process being done hand in hand. We are confident that the non customary procedures we follow, allow for the highest quality combination cases available.
